This policy explains what information Winsome Marketing ("Winsome," "we," "us") collects through winsomemarketing.com and its tools, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to anyone who browses the site, submits a form, signs in, or uses one of our agent tools.

Information you give us directly

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Sign-in email — if you sign in to view or re-open a report, we ask for your email address and send you a one-time sign-in link. We don't use passwords.
• Agent intake details — organization name and website, your goal, and any context you type into an agent's intake form (Prospect Intelligence, Go-to-Market Intelligence, Data Intelligence, Content Score).
• Uploaded files — documents, spreadsheets, or exports you upload for an agent to analyze.
• Contact requests — anything you send us by email, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Notification email — if you ask to be emailed when a report is ready, we store that address for that purpose.

We never ask for payment details, and we don't run any e-commerce checkout on this site.

How we use it

• To run the agent you requested and generate your report.
• To let you sign back in and view reports tied to your account.
• To email you when a report is ready, if you asked us to.
• To respond to a message you sent us directly.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors to run the site and its tools:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in.
• OpenAI — processes the intake details and any files you upload so an agent can generate your report.
• Resend — sends the sign-in link and report-ready emails.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it to data brokers or advertisers.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the one functional cookie the site does set, and our Data Policy for more detail on what agent runs and uploads involve.

How long we keep it

We keep report data and uploaded files for as long as your account exists, so you can come back and view a past report. Email us if you'd like your account and its data deleted, and we'll remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email joy@winsomemarketing.com and we'll handle it directly — no ticket system, no runaround.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
