Data Policy

Our Privacy Policy covers the legal basics. This page is the practical version — exactly what happens to your data when you run one of our agents or upload a file, in plain terms.

What you give an agent

When you fill out an intake form for Prospect Intelligence, Go-to-Market Intelligence, Data Intelligence, or the Content Score tool, you're typing in things like your organization name, your goal, and context about your business. If the tool supports it, you can also upload files — spreadsheets, PDFs, exports.

What happens to it

• Your intake details and any uploaded files are sent to OpenAI, which powers the analysis and generates your report.
• Your report, and the run that produced it, are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) so you can come back and view it.
• If you gave us an email address, we use Resend to send you a one-time sign-in link or a notification when your report is ready.

We don't use your uploads or intake details to train any model, ours or anyone else's, and we don't hand them to advertisers.

One report at a time

Each agent runs one job at a time per account — you can't start a second run while one is already in progress. That's a usage limit, not a data-sharing mechanism: your data for one run is never mixed with another user's.

Deleting your data

Email joy@winsomemarketing.com and we'll delete your account, your stored reports, and any files tied to them. There's no self-serve delete button yet — just ask, and we'll handle it directly.
